The location is convenient to connect the train and the buses to elsewhere and the airport as well.
Very noisy outside of the room
Clean room, friendship personal
Hotel can't pretend for 3 stars - they even didn't put a small shampoo. Location a little bit dangerous, not so close to the sea (15-20 мин), poor breakfst
nice personal, clean room, bedclothes are very good. i didn't have a breakfast so can't comment it. at my opinion this hotel is quite good to stay for one-two nights or if you travel by train and need to stay not far from railway station.
the single room was quite small
I've been travelling 25 years for business and personal holidays. This hotel the worst hotel I ever stayed. How the Booked.net selling this hotl? It's a shame...Have you ever stayed at this hotel?
Room too small and bathroom as well.
Location great; close to the railway station but not too close ; ) 10 min walk to the beach. Clean, spacious room with A/C.
Did not try breakfast; price quite high (9.5e).
Beds were comfortable, perfect location for travellers who want to explore Nice and surrounding towns like Cannes, Monaco, Ventimiglia. Very close to the train station and airport drop off! We enjoyed our stay, perfect for the price we paid
bedside lamp didnt work but that was our only complaint
near the train station, comfortable, quiet, nice service.Though the room is small,it's enough for us!
Great location within 2 minute walk from the Termini Station.
Very basic room - nothing flash but when you are there to sleep that is all you need. HOrrible shower - no water pressure and the staff could be alittle friendlier!
Location and very helpful and cheerful staff. The Japanese girl at the desk is extremely helpful and efficient. Convenient room; asked for a noise free room and got it. I will recommend and stay again.
Near the centre, good price
Room very little, problems with parking
The staff allowed us to obtain our room early - very accomodating.
Dingy, worn, tired - needs a facelift desperately. Rooms were dirty, hair on the sheets. Hoping it was clean hair...
Room was allright, nothing special.
The double bed was really double and not two singles as usual otherwise. The interiors were modern and aesthetic. Even though not in the core center, still only 15 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from shopping areas, close to a large number of restaurants and really close to the railway station.
We made the reservation at the Hotel Choiseul but ended up staying in the Hotel Medicis (next door). Not sure about the cooperation between the two but the Médicis (where we stayed finally) perhaps seems a bit better.
How this hotel merits 3 stars is a puzzle. It was probably the case back in the 1960s when it might have had some elegance about it but now it is faded and shabby and could do with a refit to merit any stars. We've stayed in better hostels at 1/4 the cost. The room just had a grubby feel to it due to the bedding and towels which appeared to be as old as the hotel. There was no air-con in the room - merely a fan, which meant having to try to sleep with the window open, however, noise from the street, station and fan prevented that. The reception staff were generally grumpy. That said, the guy in the morning, having told us irritably there was no room to store our luggage and that we'd have to leave it at the station, changed his attitude when I said we hadn't slept, made some room for our bags and also gave us a breakfast. We chose the hotel for its proximity to the station and that's what we got.
